A Selection of Poems by Carlita Shaw

Nexus

This crossroads was always coming
humanity has already been wounded and traumatised, barely held together by sutures
for behind Imperial doors, they have always manufactured Machiavellian wars,
over centuries secret societies planned our history and future
Exhausted we’ve had no peaceful time to recover from every orchestrated event,
Governments, Plutocracy and their media mouth claim to be the Gods of Truth for the people
once it was religions, temples and steeples

As they continue to manufacture lies,
new stories are spun to keep the elites winning their games
Pandora’s box was opened, the virtual playground of social media predicted dopamine rewards with likes, a maze for human mice to volunteer personal information to their spies,
our metadata, human futures, the most valuable traded commodity for control over our minds,
their weapons of Biotechnology and Hegelian dialectics,
they justified giving up our privacy for our own protection,
with manufactured terrorism, 9/11 pathed the way to a great deflection,
all this becomes fertilizer for human consciousness to birth solutions with synectics

Predatory capitalism beget technocracy and bioengineered viruses
to lock us up isolated in our homes, under medical tyranny,
a war like never before, captured by our own governments,
they release viruses and lies instead of bombs on humanity,
whistleblower doctors, independent journalists, scientists and lawyers, the new dissidents,
we are trapped and silenced as fascism descends with precipitance

Unwittingly for centuries we served these Gods of Lies
now we are tracked and traced, by satellites, drones and even our phones as their spies,
The real battle is for our freedom to speak the truth
while they try to take away our inalienable freedom to travel, work, or assemble,
unless we take an experimental vaccine that changes our DNA,
to become patented chattel, or we are unmasked heretics for not obeying the new normal,

Assange tried to warn us, he now sits in an isolated prison cell,
silenced for exposing corruption in world governments, truth his only crime
what will it take for people to realize that we created this hell?
Giving our power away so easily instead of taking self responsibility,
making government now the tyrannical parent,
Its time to reclaim our freedom, it was never theirs in the first place for the taking,
it was always ours, human consciousness awakening

Yet this time, when we take it back, it cannot be taken for granted,
we must use it wisely, conscious responsibility is now with the people,
not by fighting on the streets as fascism overheats,
this battle can only be won peacefully
constructive action as apposed to inaction,
visionaries, bridge builders and seed planters seeding communal innovation,
these are the people that will create a new paradigm,
decentralised banking has already emerged, the new internet, free energy,
rejection of government protection, shifting power to community,
evolution of consciousness our preservation and unity

Those that seek will find, those that build the doors, have the keys to a new paradigm,
when we wake up from this game we were hypnotised to play,
as many are addicted, comfortable with everything staying the same,
except things will never be what they were,
the dream we were sold has expired, we’ve already being told,
empire has outgrown itself, while we are witnessing power collapse
under the weight of its own lies, corporatisation of politicians their demise

humanity is caught in an entropy of corruption,
there’s only two ways this can go, take a good look around you, we are beginning to take responsibility for ourselves,
retracting people power from empire,
the new internet is already here, new social media is censorship free,
hone your spiritual armour, use your discernment,

Some will succumb to the brainwashing and silence,
Truth and love expands, power retracts in the face of truth, so does fear
the tighter they squeeze the quicker we awaken and music we will hear,
the songs of courage, truth and innovation,
this revolution will not be won by fighting in the streets,
we are in labour pains, learning to be in unity we are rebirthing a new consciousness

This is a battle of good and evil,
Empire drunk and deluded by its own power,
they may try to digitalize us or change our sacred seed,
Leave them to play their narcissistic games, and the devil they feed,
Keep your eyes on restructuring a better world,
Caring for the Planet, rebuilding our economy and communities
We must hold on to our Humanity, not give in to insanity
We are a product of Resilience, Patience, Faith and Unity
The Light of God shines on what needs to change,
Trust the process, we are being shown the way

The Exiled Dissidents

Changing Nations and destinations,
war machine insanity,
war lords herding humanity,
Ignore the chess players,
and their power games

Time to start answering our own prayers
to build foundations with sustainable aims,
instead of being the victims of an apocalypse
Let’s embrace communal relationships
and reject the terrorism of politicians and corporations

Sustainability and alternative energy our new foundation,
truth and transparency our new song,
The Earth’s pain, our deepest urgency
Kindness our currency, courage our unity
to plant seeds and map new territory

Farewell to the archaic,
Visionaries, exiled dissidents shunned by the prosaic,
we have ran out of time,
make way for a new paradigm,
freedom is our chosen path and truth our only crime.

The Heart’s Compass

May our hearts be free of fear,
As we wade through the darkness,
The conviction of love illuminates the way,
While the truth is always here,

Evil has many faces and realms,
Except the compass of the heart,
For there it cannot permeate the truth,
That navigates a ships helm

To pass safely on a voyage,
Through the greatest of storms
The world has ever seen,
We must let go of rage,
In response to the injustices,

We will not discover new realities,
If we cling onto this one,
We will never know a new golden age,
Until we awaken to see the lies spun.

The Thief

His soothing touch gone forever,

glistening stars were his eyes,

nothing left but an abyss of pain ,

ashes and an unwashed shirt,

brightest of souls, heavens gain,

warmth of his body intangible,

heart broken and hurt,

élan vital united with aether,

A hurricane engulfs lives of lovers in one full swoop,

my chest fills up with lead,

clanging chains chocking my neck,

my worst fears dragging my feet,

a stinging cold pain,

mind, heart and body stolen

by this insane thief,

death part of an inescapable loop,

an ugly beast, it stamps out all joy,

night and day, suffocating me with my own tears,

its name is grief.

Morning and night, I am faced with my beloved’s death,

they systematically tortured his mind and body,

he was driven to end this misery,

his soul may be free, but his legacy of suffering was passed on to me,

to carry this burden of torment, until I transform from this density,

isolation, abandoned,

friends all disappear, while death brings silence here,

rawness and vulnerability now my allies,

all that you fear,

Only those who the thief stole from, recognize our suffering

Its so wrong, I grow to hate being told I am strong,

there is no choice, I gave up the day he died,

yet we are inherently built to survive,

though his suffering was inflicted by dark dissent,

what passed will go unpunished, no justice,

malignity, removing our freedom and voice, we have nothing,

time passes without consent,

breathing is the hardest

I’d rather be reunited with my love,

filled with dread with a new day dawning

Every soul, unique as their human fingerprints,

those we cherish are etched into our spirit,

love transcends dimensions of time or space,

reconciling us when we exit this wretched place,

by virtue, our souls made an avowal aeons ago

to reunite in the aether of higher dimensions filled with light

Patented Flower in a Planet Sized Laboratory

We are human beings,

not a production line,

let us remain spirit,

Not human swine.

The earth, our birth right to roam free,

Our forests,

Our water, to share,

freedom to breath clean air.

Community food grown without biotechnology,

Bacteria and insects coexisted, shaping us for a millennia,

Now an anti-bacterial hysteria!

Sustainability, history,

Organic replaced with Satanic!

A permit to grow vegetables in the backyard?

Vitamins and minerals classed as poisons under Codex Alimentarius,

The Club of Rome decides what we eat?

Broccoli and Echinacea on the black market?

Health food and alternative therapies made illegal,

Can you recommend a good dealer?

Genetically modified crops growing in the fields and stocked in the supermarket,

Cattle and pigs grown to share our organs and chemistry,

Semi-cannibalism!

At birth, capitalization of our names,

harvesting our minds and bodies,

lubrication to the corporate machine,

Free only to consume and be consumed,

Human death the biggest gain, for our pharmaceutical pain,

Developing genetically modified humans, pigs and influenza,

An experimental race,

A planet sized laboratory,

Orchestrations of synthetic diseases,

Dispensable human beings,

Pills replacing Plants,

People Patented for Profit, biochemical genocide,

The end of your life marks increased revenue for the Gilead shareholders.

Mother nature verses Human Greed

DNA, no longer sacred seed,

Governed by the Isis dollar,

The Human Spirit never quenched from power,

Let me remind you, it was God that made this Patented Flower

My Friend, My Shadow

My friend, my shadow,

Whose only desire is to take my breath away with his embrace,

To envelope my life with the shadows of infinity,

My friend, my shadow, he never leaves my side,

He reminds me of the transience of this world,

His presence is strong, yet he nurtures fragility,

He desires the stillness between each heartbeat,

Between each breath of life, my friend, my shadow,

He dances with me every step of my journey,

As I travel closer to his world every unfolding day,

My friend, my shadow, lurks on every corner,

Waiting for the perfect moment to embrace my body,

To kiss my spirit passionately, to make love to my soul,

My friend, my shadow, with me every moment,

He caresses me, like the wind, increasing his touch,

As I become his domain, he promises infinity for my soul,

Impermanence to my form, my friend, my shadow

He whispers in my ear that my life is borrowed,

He sings the poetry of silence, of isolation,

Of the sacredness of life,

My friend, my shadow,

He tells me he is the space between the stars, sun and moon,

He is the keeper of souls, my friend, my shadow.

He drinks and feasts on life and love,

He promises tears, heartache and loneliness to those left behind,

He promises the unknown to those he steals away,

Then he returns to offer for us to follow,

He paints a canvas of unseen colours,

His masterpiece is only understood by the formless,

His music is only heard by the soul traveller,

Who has long forgotten the colours and music of this world,

He loves me dearly, he promises my spirit eternity,

My friend, my shadow,

The beginning of every life. the end of every story.

Carlita Shaw, 2009,

Illusion of Polarities.

I am you,

a stone, a feather

stardust, a flower

the earth, the universe,

birth, death,

first breath,

skin of a new born baby,

worn body of an old lady,

snow, sunlight,

love, hate,

joy, pain

oneness within the heart of humanity,

tears of profanity,

blessings of human grace,

lighting up a child’s face,

evil and good in one place

purity, toxicity

silence

freedom from insanity,

singularity

I am all,

within the heart of humanity

Patronus

Feel the thundering hooves of white stallions gather momentum,

hear the voices of justice roaring,

out of the shadows, our spirits are reclaimed,

while bearing witness to this great unveiling,

our true worth free from thraldom
